Make Firefox display search results in a new tab

- Open Firefox and type about:config in the address bar.
- Search for the key "browser.search.openintab" and set its value to "true" by right-clicking on it and choosing "Toggle" from the drop down menu.
- If this key is not present in the list, then create it by right-clicking anywhere in the list and choosing New > Boolean.
- Enter the Preference Name as "browser.search.openintab" and the value as "true".
